The Ancient Mystery Schools



List of requirements for the Mystery Schools of Ancient Egypt under the Pharaoh Tuthmosis III and his wife Meryetre
The sacred books of the Ancient Egyptian knowledge would be copied out in the houses of life as Temple Scriptoria or libraries. There would be many.volumes dedicated to the knowledge of Thoth and his works on the Gods, astrology, hieroglyphs, hymns, prayers, spiritual training and medicine. There would be a Great Library created in Alexandria to contain all the knowledge.
There would be a bringing together of all the temples and areas of belief together and, at Karnak would be offered the way of higher learning.
Attached to most of the temples there would be a house of life Per Ankh where special documents would be kept to tell of the mysteries and seekers would be trained in those mysteries to include medicine, dreams and other practices.
They would probe into the mysteries of life, natural phenomena and initiatic spirituality. They would discover and reveal the Secret of the Great Arcanum and investigate material spiritual alchemy.
Then there would be sacred architecture, mystical sounds and looking into the psychic body and the mystery of karma, reincarnation and traditional healing techniques.
There would be the appointment of an individual to be head of all the Egyptian order unifying not only the orders of Priests and Priestesses in their manifestation but to bring harmony and union for the esoteric work.
The Mystery Schools would unite the belief of Egypt into a single order. There would be teaching for the individual concerning contact with a Universal Divine.
For too long the miseries of the soul in subjection to the body had prevailed in the land and within the individual. Now they sought to purify the people from the defilements of a material nature to elevate to the realities of spiritual vision.
They would bring the opportunity to place man and woman en rapport with the higher teacher`s mental alchemy and spiritual transmutation.
They would look into the mysteries of the Divine Rose with the cross surmounted by the crown which dicates that the suffering of mortal existence, borne by the disciple of truth, would be rewarded by the attainment of the crown of mastery.
They would attempt to begin to understand that the lost wisdom of Atlantis with the possibility of healing the physical through the etheric realm 
The mystery schools would provide priests who were alchemists and would see Isis and Osiris as sulphur and argentum. One brother or sister would be able to bestow the Stone of knowledge freely upon another for this Stone of truth would be a magical thing.
Higher alchemy was a process of transformation and transmutation which would be performed upon the plane of matter and concerned with the transmutation of elements through spiritual alchemy astrology and mysticism. They would bring the learning of the Hierophants and teach the people about their own abilities to reach the higher spiritual levels of themselves.
They would create the White Brother and Sisterhood of the Egyptian Therapeutate of On at Heliopolis.
There would be thirty nine men and women both who would sit on the High Council within the Temple of Karnak as the physicians of souls.
The symbol for the Therapeutate would be the double serpent and caduceus emblem showing the wings. The central staff and the serpents represent the spinal cord and the sensory nervous system with the two uppermost wings signifying the brain`s lateral ventricular structures. Between these wings and above the spinal column there would be shown the tiny central node of the pineal gland which is the gland of wisdom in the body set alight and afire.
In this way they would create the ultimately fully enlightened being which was the aim of the whole work for spiritual regeneration to take place by degrees through the thirty three vertebrae of the spinal column to reach the special gland behind the wisdom eye.
