There are ways to help everything, every single thing in our lives which involve some kind of tension which in turn restricts the free flow of our energy.
We tighten up and anticipate
the next throb or wave of pain, we hold back and try to stop it happening, we
fight against it and withdraw and reduce our inner space as we cramp down
through our muscles nerves and tendons.
We leave ourselves far less space inside us for the good positive energy
to flow.
So what we need to do is to release some light flowing energy or create
a state of space around anything that hurts inwardly, or come to that any
thought or situation in our lives which is happening badly and is not the way
we want it to be.
Instead of that tightening up in
anticipation and fear we just have to realise that we are each surrounded by
our universal self energy which is filled with fast flowing loving light
ether. This outer self energy comes
direct to us from the stars to surround us as our spirit twin which provides
our light and life force.
So the next step is to just think and feel the word space around the
area that hurts. Instead of tightening
in and pulling in through your tension or fear just release and allow a sense
of space to appear all the way around that particular area. Just space, you don`t have to think about what kind of space it is,
just see this as your own personal heightened space which is free flowing
peaceful and you could even send in the thought of this space being filled with
light but that`s not compulsory.
Just concentrate and be mindful of the sense of surrounding space round
that particular place and the more you think space, the more free the energy
dares to be to flow outwards on waves of easy going flowing energy rather than
needing to restrict and restrain.
All the tension we ever feel is to do with restriction and holding on to
our tension through our energy. If we`re
scared stiff of something which is about to happen ~ like a visit to the
dentist for instance ~ then we`re inwardly surrounding the whole idea with a
picture and feel of tensional holding back and holding in which is almost like
holding our breath.
It always helps to breathe through any pain and any inner tensional
fears too because this is allowing energy to flow through and release some of
those taut inner strings.
But most of all we have to give ourselves space around our pain and
around our fear filled and fuelled thoughts or the situations and happenings we
dread because the space we have at our disposal is magical and limitless and
surrounds us with a higher flowing fast vibrational energy at the speed of
light which has no time to be restricted or restrained.
We have to let go and allow ourselves to flow with our sense of our
universal energy which is abundantly available to everybody.
