Two opposites sides of you

The ego self connects with our feelings and emotions through the physical body

This is the side of ourselves which wants and needs and which is involved with the world of materiality in a big way always putting me and mine first of all.

This is the side which feels lack and jealousy, the side of us which tries to fit everything in to our own agenda as we conform to the social norm and the side which is competitive as ego wants what others have. The ego self is never never free because there are always demands which trap us in laws of space and time as well as within a physical body which we are always uselessly trying to free from discomfort and pain.

On the other hand we have the Spirit Self which is far more universal and totally free.

Our Spirit Self energy has no boundaries, has no laws, no restrictions, no pain penalty.

Our Spirit Self connects us with other dimensions reaching out to the Higher world of our spiritual divinity where we may seek guidance and find our own greater light intensity.

We came into this life originally through our Spirit Self with this light shining energy accompanying us all the way through our lives and our physical life story.

When we die we become pure spirit presence of light energy moving on to become universal as part of the spirit world.

Only one emotion occupies both selves and both worlds and this is the emotion of love.

The ego self craves love and acceptance to justify its place in life

The Spirit Self uses love as fuel to power the inner and outer light energy which uplifts our sense of radiancy and brings us into close connection with our Spirit divinity and this is the self to whom we aspire to be in close contact so long as we maintain our earthing grounding ability to keep us safely here on this planet.

New World

The time is coming now for everything to begin to change

The time has begun for the slow crumble as the old systems fall apart gradually or more quickly, making way for a whole new feel of energy.

The old way of lowered consciousness just won't work in the same way any more

The slow low conscious mind thinking doesn`t have the capacity to stretch out into higher levels of awareness as we begin to see and feel the need for this to be

as we raise our consciousness up to maximum capacity.

This is the time of transformation, the rising of the phoenix from the ashes. This has already begun here, in the UK, as political parties fall into disarray but then will move on through the EU, ultimately into November in the USA from the time of the elections from where nothing will ever be the same again.

We have to grow, this is the time for those with the vision and those who are able to increase their vibrational energy to raise their frequency and show others how it is going to have to be.

All that we chose, formerly, to believe as the rule up front in our society is gradually being eroded away as we begin to realise that we dont necessarily have to be restrained from our free thinking, free spirit way of wanting to be. We`re allowed our opinions and are beginning to see a new path ahead towards the place where our spirit level of being has its own greater vaster wider wiser level of light ready to shine through our energy.

Yes the old systems have to go and there is bound to be much confusion, doubt and fear so that guidance is needed from anybody who can see beyond the normal barriers and imprisonment of solely physical energy. This state is directed solely by a conscious mind which has ego as its guiding force.  We simply have to now stretch our awareness and reach out beyond all of those narrow channels of thought directing and controlling us previously. As we begin to live in a world where universal spirit guides us more than our ego how freeing and incredible will that be as we reach for the stars. Then we begin to generate our own good and powerful energy down to and through the earth to rebound back to us again many times increased in power driven intensity.

A pathway journey to heal relationships

Sometimes we just keep on drawing in the wrong relationship pattern or otherwise we reach a stage where we find it hard to trust other people at all. This is the time to go back and clear this pattern from the past.

Take two deep breaths and let the breath out with a sigh. Close your eyes to visualize a double spiral or figure of eight spinning energy around in front of you. Watch the spirals and know they are taking you back in time to where you need to be.

In the centre of the double spiral you see a little doorway. Walk through to find five spiral steps going down.Count yourself down and round the spirals: one, two, three, four, five. Now to the right of you are pegs with flowing cloaks in every colour of the rainbow. Put on the one that feels the right colour for you, to protect you.

Peer through a round window to see two people coming your way out of your past.

The one directly ahead is the former you and the other one is the other person who was involved when you formed the wrong relationship pattern originally.

Ask the one who is ahead: `What happened in that lifetime? What did I do or did someone else do to me to cause me to form a need for this wrong pattern of energy?

Try to gain a rough idea of what happened back then. If this is difficult just know that now you must surround each person with a violet ring of forgiveness and healing.

Forgive your former self and anyone else. See the ring around them turn to white as they walk into the light.Now break the chain connecting you to their energy.

Feel the rebounding and spiralling of your end of the chain as it returns to you to regenerate a sense of belief in you that others have the right to have opinions and to be your equal in everything. Equally, you have the right to be their equal too, you deserve to be able to trust in you and to form relationships without a destructive pattern forming.

Return up the steps counting from five to one and come back through the little doorway to the present time. You can either take off your cloak or leave it on.

Know that you now have this spiralling ability to share your energy universally from deep in your own heart.

the crystal layer

The Crystalline Level of Awareness.

There is another level of existence we are all here, in life, to find

We appeared in life originally ~ having emerged from the star stuff of which we are made ~ as crystalline beings, functioning beyond our five senses through a completely different high frequency level of awareness beyond our conscious mind thinking. And the universe is currently asking us to rediscover this level and layer of our own energy as a level of love, of light, of spirit, of wisdom.

This is the other level/world of light which still exists in our memory and yet may still be reached through the power of our own subconscious mind. This crystalline double level of awareness surrounds and flows along with us constantly just beyond conscious realisation, shining with an inner and outer intensity.

As a layer of crystal existence this is a state of higher mind where light shines through to bring a whole new dimension to being alive whilst clarifying and illuminating all we do.

We do have the altered vision to see through this greater clarity where we find our own spirit voice, expanded heart capacity and greater feeling of power. Suddenly we look out beyond the fear from a level and layer, beyond conscious thinking, from where our senses are heightened and more aware

How to connect with this crystalline layer?

First of all be aware as you stand on the earth that you need to connect down deep below your feet to reach the crystalline level at the core of the earth. Draw this spiralling energy up to your head.

There is a point deep in the head, behind the bridge of the nose, through which we gain connection to our own crystalline layer of shining bright, filled-with-light energy.

This connection is achieved merely by concentrating inwards from this point and lifting the whole sense of awareness upwards and beyond the conscious senses of sight, hearing, touch, sound and emotional feeling.

Now look outwards through this fast moving crystal shining level of flow becoming aware of the crystalline shine in every part of creation. This is all you have to do as the realisation takes you into a different higher brighter layer of inner and outer knowing and flowing.

You are instantly made aware of the shining brightness of limitless love, moving on a fast vibration, endlessly accompanied by a sense of spirit lifting illuminancy as you feel yourself taken by the finer flow of your own crystalline layer of energy.

Concentrate inwards and outwards as you enter a world of higher frequency. Now you begin to be able to go out beyond that shut down feeling of being trapped in a physical body.

The earth itself, currently, is expanding its own layer and level of crystal shining brighter energy giving us all the chance to reconnect with our true selves.

There has never been a better time to do so.

This crystal level of being is your own shining experience which allows you to tap right back to your former way of being when you came from a star originally.

The Ancient Mystery Schools

List of requirements for the Mystery Schools of Ancient Egypt under the Pharaoh Tuthmosis III and his wife Meryetre

The sacred books of the Ancient Egyptian knowledge would be copied out in the houses of life as Temple Scriptoria or libraries. There would be many.volumes dedicated to the knowledge of Thoth and his works on the Gods, astrology, hieroglyphs, hymns, prayers, spiritual training and medicine. There would be a Great Library created in Alexandria to contain all the knowledge.
There would be a bringing together of all the temples and areas of belief together and, at Karnak would be offered the way of higher learning.
Attached to most of the temples there would be a house of life Per Ankh where special documents would be kept to tell of the mysteries and seekers would be trained in those mysteries to include medicine, dreams and other practices.
They would probe into the mysteries of life, natural phenomena and initiatic spirituality. They would discover and reveal the Secret of the Great Arcanum and investigate material spiritual alchemy.
Then there would be sacred architecture, mystical sounds and looking into the psychic body and the mystery of karma, reincarnation and traditional healing techniques.
There would be the appointment of an individual to be head of all the Egyptian order unifying not only the orders of Priests and Priestesses in their manifestation but to bring harmony and union for the esoteric work.
The Mystery Schools would unite the belief of Egypt into a single order. There would be teaching for the individual concerning contact with a Universal Divine.
For too long the miseries of the soul in subjection to the body had prevailed in the land and within the individual. Now they sought to purify the people from the defilements of a material nature to elevate to the realities of spiritual vision.
They would bring the opportunity to place man and woman en rapport with the higher teacher`s mental alchemy and spiritual transmutation.
They would look into the mysteries of the Divine Rose with the cross surmounted by the crown which dicates that the suffering of mortal existence, borne by the disciple of truth, would be rewarded by the attainment of the crown of mastery.
They would attempt to begin to understand that the lost wisdom of Atlantis with the possibility of healing the physical through the etheric realm 

The mystery schools would provide priests who were alchemists and would see Isis and Osiris as sulphur and argentum. One brother or sister would be able to bestow the Stone of knowledge freely upon another for this Stone of truth would be a magical thing.
Higher alchemy was a process of transformation and transmutation which would be performed upon the plane of matter and concerned with the transmutation of elements through spiritual alchemy astrology and mysticism. They would bring the learning of the Hierophants and teach the people about their own abilities to reach the higher spiritual levels of themselves.
They would create the White Brother and Sisterhood of the Egyptian Therapeutate of On at Heliopolis.
There would be thirty nine men and women both who would sit on the High Council within the Temple of Karnak as the physicians of souls.
The symbol for the Therapeutate would be the double serpent and caduceus emblem showing the wings. The central staff and the serpents represent the spinal cord and the sensory nervous system with the two uppermost wings signifying the brain`s lateral ventricular structures. Between these wings and above the spinal column there would be shown the tiny central node of the pineal gland which is the gland of wisdom in the body set alight and afire.
In this way they would create the ultimately fully enlightened being which was the aim of the whole work for spiritual regeneration to take place by degrees through the thirty three vertebrae of the spinal column to reach the special gland behind the wisdom eye.

The Spirit Body

Outlining the physical body we have the spirit body of transparent light energy.

This, our spirit body, is an exact replica of the physical body, a blueprint from an etheric level of all that happens in our opaque physical form.

This is our double twin spirit self

We carry this spirit presence eternally from life to life and all the spaces in between our different incarnations.

Any physical dis-alignment, illness or disease begins through this outer level of our energy body and reflects from our emotions, originally, as well as our karmic obligations from the past of this and previous lives.

Thus the diseases and illnesses dont have to happen to us physically.

If we can either clear our karmic liabilities or/and release our overload of negative emotions we should be able to prevent the reaction and the falling into various illnesses in our physical body.

We all have the power of being able to work with and through the spirit body by the act of forgiveness and love both for ourselves and also of course for other people whom we possibly feel resentful about or whom we see as having caused our problems.

If we have reached the stage where the emotional or karmic effect has reached through the outlining spirit body and begun to affect us physically, we still have a way to release and clear the negative energy by expanding outwards from the core physical energy out through the spirit body.

This needs to happen at each of the chakra levels.

For instance if you are afflicted with headaches you could either expand the feel of your energy upwards through the crown chakra, feeling the release of the negative tension from the physical level, or else out through the third eye/pineal gland chakra level.

Where there is neck pain or any physical ailment in this area including pain in the upper back or shoulders you expand outwards with your energy feel through the throat chakra.

Any problems with the heart need an extra boost of love for yourself in particular as you expand your energy out from the heart chakra, diluting the effect upon reaching the spirit body of any less-worthy-of-love feelings which have been going on inside of you.

Anything affecting your stomach, spleen, liver, gall bladder, lungs or adrenals can benefit immediately by your releasing the blocked up physical energy in this area and releasing the feel out through your energy body.

Those problems of digestion may likewise all be released out through the sacral chakric level to clear and cleanse the energy.

Lower back pain and any problems with the legs, bladder, even the hands can begin to be released by clearing all the energy outwards from the base chakra level, feeling as the heavy energy or the pain releases and flows with love and light out through that level of your energy body.

We have this double layer and level of energy always ready and waiting to help us heal ourselves from the physical transference to the opaque body of the emotional overload of negativity which happens through our daily life.

We have a spirit twin guarding guiding enlightening uplifting and loving us with light from the outside in. We are never alone, help is always always at hand.

The Third Eye

The pineal gland is a physical centre or gland. The third eye exists in etheric matter and is an etheric centre of force being made of the substance of ethers whereas the pineal gland is formed of matter of the lower subplanes of the physical plane.

The opened third eye is known as the Middle Eye of Shiva, the Eye of Horus and the Horn of the Unicorn.  The Temple of Maat in early Egypt was dedicated to the process of opening the third eye which is an etheric or fourth dimensional eye.  This is where we gain wisdom and illumination.  We need to find a point in our aura between our eyes and the centre of the forehead to act as a focal point during meditation to develop the third eye lens.

Originally, in earliest mankind, this was an exterior organ of spiritual and psychic sight. But due to evolution ~ or some other reason ~ the spiritual eye began to recede within the skull which covered it with bone and hair.

It then lost its function as an organ of physical vision but has never ceased to continue its functions as an organ of spiritual insight and this is where we feel our `hunches` which mean that the pineal gland is beginning to vibrate gently.

We may consciously travel into the higher dimensions of our inner reality, in this way using our visualisation abilities which are amplified and we may project our visions into our outer world.

            When the eye of wisdom is first open the sight is dim and the gland is only partially responsive to vibration but gradually the eye opens fully.

This eye of inner vision, when opened can direct and control the energy of matter, see the eternal now and be in touch with causes more than effects, read the Akashic records and see clairvoyantly. 

To make contact with the Third Eye/Pineal Gland:Allow yourself to sit quietly as you close your eyes and take a deep breath which you release as a sigh.  Do this again and feel yourself beginning to relax.

You are about to connect, firstly, with your crown centre, then the pituitary gland and through the pineal gland to begin to open up the third eye vision.

            With the eyes closed become aware of the energy just above the top of your head. You could see this energy centre as opening up through the thousand petalled lotus, the flower in the colour most suited to you be this magenta or violet or perhaps even gold.

            Feel this opening up or expansion taking place.

            Know that you are bringing the wisdom through from the higher spheres.

            Now feel the energy moving through you as a minute spiral of gold and white ~ like the chain of a necklace ~ shining down through your brain to the base of your skull to locate and connect with the pituitary gland.

            As the light spiral touches the back of the pituitary feel the rate of vibrational energy increasing and sending a sudden flash through to the pineal gland which you will find between the eyebrows and deep within the skull.

            Next the pineal gland begins to awaken, increase the rate of vibrational energy here as well to set the pineal gland in motion, spinning higher and higher with the light sensation, just feel deep behind your nose lifting spirals of light, increasing the vibration even more.

            Look inwards as all this is taking place.  Look deeply inwards and visualise an inner eye of wisdom and light which begins to awaken, begins to open out, lifts into realms of realisation and awareness at a fast spinning gaining frequency. Expand this inner eye outwards and outwards to fill your inner vision with an explosion of realisation.  This is one of the journeys in my current book: Mystical Pathways
